Quality & Certifications

The quality assurance department policy is to assure that all material has been fabricated and manufactured to the highest standards, and has been built to the governing contract documents and specifications. This policy is carried out by following the proper inspection and quality assurance procedures.

KARD's quality assurance department consists of:

- 2 full time American Welding Society-certified welding inspectors (AWS-CWI)

- 2 full time quality control paint specialists

- 4 full time level II magnetic particle testing inspectors

- Access to independent agencies for X-ray testing and ultrasonic testing
